Kelly Osbourne issued a bizarre rant against the Duke of Sussex, claiming Prince Harry is a "whining, whinging t**t".
The TV personality hit out at the Royal in a savage tirade as she said he isn't "the only one whose had mental [health] problems".
Harry has been very open about his mental health struggles and said he hopes to encourage others to seek help by sharing his own experiences.
The Duke of Sussex recently admitted he has taken part in counselling sessions to try and deal with his childhood trauma and said he wished he had begun therapy earlier.
However, Kelly said a lot of people have had a hard life and said Harry comes across as "woe is me".
"I think Harry is a f***ing t**t, I do! I think he's a f***ing t**t.
"He is a whining, whinging, complaining, woe is me, I'm the only one whose had mental problems, my life was so hard, everybody's life was f*****g hard," she said during an appearance on the I've Had It podcast.
Kelly also addressed the time a 20-year-old Harry dressed up in a Nazi uniform for a fancy dress party and said he should accept the criticism.
"Everybody's f*****g life is hard, you were the Prince of a goddamn country who dressed up as a f*****g Nazi, and now you're trying to come back as the Pope. Suck it! No," she slammed.
Harry has previously apologised for the 2005 fancy dress incident and admitted it was "one of the biggest mistakes" of his life.
Speaking in his Netflix docuseries with wife Meghan Markle, the Duke of Sussex said: "I felt so ashamed afterwards. All I wanted to do was make it right."
He also revealed he spoke to the Chief Rabbi and met with a Holocaust survivor because he wanted to learn from his mistake.
Elsewhere on her podcast appearance, Kelly reflected on her struggles with drug addiction.
She admitted she went to rehab five times during her battle to get clean.
"Rehab can be the best thing that ever happened to you, and it can also be the most boring 28 days of your life, right? It's all about what you put into it," she revealed.
"I got to the bottom of so many hardcore issues and the root of so many of my problems.
"It changed everything, once you have an understanding and you get a diagnosis of what it is that's going on," Kelly added.
