Grammy-nominated, singer-songwriter Kelis has confirmed she will play a very special headline Manchester show this June.
Following the announcement of her huge summer UK festival appearances this year, the 'Milkshake' and 'Trick Me' hit maker has confirmed she will play Manchester's Albert Hall on Wednesday, June 21. Tickets for the new Manchester date are on sale now and available from Ticketmaster.
The singer and songwriter has spent nearly two decades making music, but first rose to prominence singing the hook of Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s hit ‘Got Your Money’. This lead the way for a number of chart-topping hits, plus millions of album sales.

After the success of 'Kaleidoscope', Kelis went on to release the smash hit 'Milkshake', 'Millionaire' with Andre 3000, and dance anthem 'Bounce' with Calvin Harris. The hit maker has released six albums, won Brit, Q, and NME Awards, and has been nominated for two Grammy Awards.
Her latest album ‘Food’, made with a live band and horn section, is both raw and soulful without being too retro, and on release was praised as one of her 'most adventurous' works yet. Alongside her successful music career, the singer is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with a number of television cooking specials to her name, plus a debut cookbook with 'My Life on a Plate' launched in 2015.
