Sir Keir Starmer has asked ministers to investigate allegations a firm founded by a billionaire Labour donor is staging “mass evictions” before new renters’ rights laws come into effect.
Criterian Capital has been accused of attempting to force out tenants in a London residential block before a ban on so-called “no-fault evictions” comes into force in May.
