It's hard to believe, but Swansea City kick-start their 2022/23 season later this month.
The Swans open up their second campaign under Russell Martin against Rotherham United at the New York Stadium on Saturday, July 30. They have already had better preparation to face the Millers than they had for last season's opener against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.
Harry Darling, Nathan Wood and Matty Sorinola have all joined the club while young guns Wasiri Williams and Ben Blythe have been added to the Under-21 ranks. But the dreaded concern over player exits still looms large.

Flynn Downes and Joel Piroe are among those to attract interest this summer, and the club's owners remain eager to raise funds in a bid to plug a financial hole.
