Kaye Adams has opened up about the advice she has received from her Loose Women ahead of Strictly - who she has said had "such different experiences".
The 59 year old shocked her colleagues in August by revealing that she was taking part in the BBC dancing show this year.
It comes after a number of stars from Loose Women have appeared on Strictly over the years - from Ruth Langsford in 2017 and Katie Piper in 2018 to Judi Love's stint last year.
"They've been so, so good," she told the Mirror and other online news outlets ahead of the launch. "I've spoken to Ruth, Katie Piper, Sunetra [Sarker], Judi, Frankie Bridge.
"Funnily enough they've had such different experiences, interestingly enough. I know it's predictable, but they all say, 'Enjoy it and be yourself.' I know it seems very cliché, but they all say it.
"If I don't come out of this saying that I've enjoyed it, that will be the only way that I'll have felt I've lost. I'm not thinking about winning or how far I'm getting."
Last month, Kaye revealed that she had undergone a series of hearing tests ahead of her appearance and was told that she was nearly deaf in one ear.
"My hearing is an issue, to the extent that I’ve had full consultations and examinations on my ears. It’s probably getting to the stage where it’s getting problematic in certain situations," she told The Sun.
She added: "I have been recommended to get hearing aids. One ear in particular has a very poor level of hearing and the other one is trying it’s best to compensate."
Kaye has previously said she has been "struggling" with her hearing for around five years. The panellist opened up about the "scary" times during an episode of Loose Women in July.
Speaking on the ITV show, she said: "For around five-ish years, maybe more, I have been aware that I've been struggling but you just make excuses."
