Katy O'Brian didn't watch the original Running Man until she'd finished filming the remake.

The 36-year-old actress plays Laughlin in director Edgar Wright's new version of Stephen King's thriller and after the filmmaker explained he was basing his take on the book, rather than the 1987 big screen version of the story, she didn't want to "skew" her performance by watching the Arnold Schwarzenegger-led movie.
