Katie Taylor is set to fight against English boxer Chantelle Cameron on 20 May at the 3Arena in Dublin.
The Bray native's planned homecoming fight suffered a setback after intended challenger Amanda Serrano had an injury setback in recent weeks. However, now boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has confirmed that Taylor is "coming home" for the event in Dublin on May 20.
He wrote on Twitter: "My oh my!! Ireland be ready May 20..she’s coming home! Undisputed v Undisputed live." Just a week agao, Taylor messaged Cameron on Instagram challenging her to take her on.

She wrote: "Let's go champion Chantelle Cameron, happy to move up in weight for the opportunity to become a two weight Undisputed champ."
Cameron (17-0, 8 KOs) outpointed the USA’s Jessica McCaskill to be crowned undisputed champion at 140lbs at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi last November.
The English fighter told The Irish Mirror that she is "ready to go" for the fight against Taylor. Taylor was set to face Amanda Serrano in a world lightweight title rematch on 20 May, but the Puerto Rican native pulled out due to an injury.
