Katie Taylor has taken to social media to post a cryptic message the day after Christmas.
The post, which was published on Taylor's Instagram on St Stephens' day, shows the undisputed World champion wrapping her hands in one picture and shadow boxing in another.
The post is captioned with the cryptic message "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

The message comes at a time when Taylor has returned home to spend time with her loved ones.
On Christmas day, the legendary boxer shared a post with her family along with the caption, "Merry Christmas everyone."
Taylor is back in Ireland after a whirlwind 2022 that saw her defeat Amanda Serrano in one of the biggest fights of all time. Taylor is due to return to the ring in the spring of 2023, with a Croke Park fight night a live possibility.
