Photos captured her soaking up the Spanish sun with two bloodied plasters placed just under her bum, clearly marking where the fresh filler had been injected. At one point, she removed her top and posed on all fours on a sun lounger, revealing a sore-looking derrière that didn’t stop her from having fun.
