Katie Price could face jail after being accused of breaching her restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée Michelle Penticost.
The 43-year-old was charged with harassment over allegedly sending "aggressive" texts to Michelle back in January.
The former glamour model is due to appear in court next month.
But it appears that Katie isn't too worried as she is sunning herself up in Thailand with fiance Carl Woods.
She shared a selfie this morning of herself on the beach, writing: "Face and nose peeling and burnt lips."
In January, Katie allegedly messaged her ex-husband calling Michelle a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and a “gutter s**g”.
Katie was later arrested on January 21 and ended up spending 12 hours locked in a cell.
Sussex Police told the Mirror : “On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.
“ Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order. She will appear at Crawley magistrates’ court on Tuesday, April 12.”
Her arrest comes just one month after she was handed a 16-week prison sentence, which was suspended for a year, following her drink-drive crash before Christmas.
Katie flipped her BMW X5 at 6am following a booze and drugs-fuelled night.
She is due to face magistrates in Crawley, West Sussex, on April 12.
The Sun reports police had been trying to contact Katie this week, but she is currently on holiday in Thailand with fiancé Carl Woods, 33.
It's believed the pair are set to return to the UK this weekend.
The pair flew out on another holiday together so Katie could undergo her 14th boob job - which her close family and friends are reportedly not pleased about.
A source close to her family said they were disappointed surgeons had agreed to another op.
A pal told The Sun: "It's getting really silly now and more than a little irresponsible. Everyone's quite horrified, to be honest."
It's believed the pair are set to return to the UK this weekend.

Her mum Amy Price previously told of her fears that Katie has body dysmorphia. Speaking out about Katie's multiple operations that she "doesn’t need," Amy said: "She doesn’t tell me now because she knows I'll go ballistic."
She added: Maybe she does it because she doesn't feel she's attractive enough, or maybe it's body dysmorphia. Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalising on her name."
