Katie Price's appearance on the Jeremy Vine Show has been a branded a 'new low' with unimpressed viewers slamming the star for being out of touch and the host for dodging big questions.
The 45-year-old's interview attracted a multitude of complaints with many saying the Channel 5 debate show was becoming just like "trashy tv".
During the segment, the former model opened up about her love of surgery before claiming she has 'reunited' with on-off fiancé Carl Woods - a claim that was later denied by Woods himself, reports the Mirror.
Katie came under fire from viewers after seemingly boasting about having a long holiday, with some saying she was out of touch with the issues facing many in the country. On the show, she said: "Yes, that's true. I went to Thailand for a month, but I was still working while I was there so it wasn't really a holiday."
Asked whether she was "heading off on another one", Katie told Jeremy: "Not yet, but I am in a couple of weeks."
Others accused the former glamour model of laughing off bankruptcy. And the interview didn't go down well on social media.
One moaned: "This has to be an all time low for the show. Is it Gemma Collins next followed by Joey Essex? Your show really is becoming trash TV."
Another said: "It’s sad that she feels that way, there’s far too much focus on looks."
A third steamed: "What a poor excuse for a lady, wears her indiscretions as trophies, why is she even given air time, her boyfriend must be desperate for fame and money clinging on to this non person."
Someone else watching said Jeremy should have asked deeper questions.
They told him: "What a waste of time that was. You could of made it a proper interview instead she laughed about her bankruptcy. Why not ask her why she’s keeping her kids from their dad, keeping Jett off school?"
During the wide-ranging chat, Katie also said she fears for girls having filler in their face and regrets having her first boob job so young. She confessed she believes she has 'surgery face' thanks to going too far with her recent procedures, but admits she won't complain as "I've done this too myself".
And of her well documented cosmetic surgery, she added: "It's a fact I've had more boob jobs than I've slept with men - there's not many women at my age who can say they haven't had that many men."
