The former glamour model, 44, laughed with pals and enjoyed a ride on a tuktuk as she partied in Soho with Olympic gold medallist Matty Lee MBE.
Mum-of-five Katie was spotted leaving Freedom gay club in the capital at 3am with the diver, 24, as her ex fiancé Carl Woods posted a cryptic quote online from his new bachelor pad.
Sporting a grey tracksuit and clutching multiple shopping bags, Katie looked like she'd put her split with her ex Carl Woods firmly behind her as she partied up a storm at the popular venue.
The TV personality was seen laden with Selfridges bags as she hopped into a tuktuk with I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! 2021 star Matty, clutching her phone, bleary-eyed – suggesting her festive night on the town was impromptu.
A spokesperson for Katie told MailOnline the Pricey and Matty are "just friends and not romantically linked" following the night out - shutting down any speculation the star is moving on from ex Carl with the Olympic athlete.
The day after her big night out, Katie enjoyed some quality time with her children ahead for Father Christmas coming to visit the Mucky Mansion on Sunday.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, the mum-of-five shared snaps of her eldest child Harvey Price, 19, and the two kids she shares with ex-husband Kieran Hayler beaming as they held their letters from the North Pole.
"I love how Harvey still believes in Santa he melts my heart so much I love how innocent he is," the doting mum told her fans earlier this week as she shared a snap of Harvey receiving a video message from Santa.
Katie's Christmas activities come as her ex Carl seemingly settles into his new home, after reportedly moving out of Katie's Essex manion earlier this month.
The former Love Island star, 33, announced the end of their engagement last month, as he accused the mum-of-five of cheating on him, but there had been hope the pair had reunited over recent weeks.
But following Katie, 44, throwing herself into single life with a series of wild nights out, it appears things are well and truly over for the on-off couple.
Katie's newfound love of partying has seemingly caused her ex fiancé to move out of her home for good.
"Things with Carl are very much over - he moved his things out of the Mucky Mansion this week and that’s what sparked Katie’s nights out - she wants to show him she doesn’t care," a source has claimed.
"Like many people in a break-up, she's getting over him by having fun with her mates and partying away the pain."
Katie is "not about to sit at home" pining for the car salesman to return, the source adds when speaking to The Sun.
Carl sensationally announced his split from Katie on Instagram in November, as he accused the two-time I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star of cheating on him.
He said he was incredibly "embarrassed" to make the announcement and claimed Katie had confessed she had slept with another man, prompting him to call time on their relationship.
The former couple's love story began when they were set up through mutual friends in 2020.
In April 2021, after just 10 months of dating, Carl asked the Page 3 icon for her hand in marriage but the pair have been on-off pretty much ever since his proposal.
