Katie Price hits back at 'jealous' fans over criticism of heavily airbrushed photo

Katie Price has hit back at fans after posting a heavily 'airbrushed' photo.

The former glamour model, 43, took to Instagram to call out 'her haters' after posting a recent Instagram snap.

The mum-of-five hit back on Instagram after several social media users criticised her for her latest upload.

Katie took to her Instagram stories to say: "People forget I'm an old school model who made a very successful career being a real model. No filter and airbrushing like the girls these days.

"I'm 43, had five kids and still think I look fit with or without filters.

It comes amid rumours Katie and fiancé Carl Woods have split and have called off their upcoming wedding.

The pair recently holidayed in Thailand and were planning to marry later this year.

The couple had also openly spoken about trying for a baby together, with Katie saying that she had had already had IVF in a bid to have a sixth child.

Both Katie and Carl are said to be "very sad" about the situation.

The Mirror has contacted both Katie and Carl's reps for comment.

It comes just a day after fans were speculating that Katie and Carl may have split after Katie was seen without her engagement ring on in a recent social media post.

Carl also posted a cryptic post about loyalty on Thursday after Katie was seen supporting him in court and appears to have deleted photos of her from his Instagram.

On Wednesday, Carl appeared Colchester Magistrates’ Court after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act following an arrest in August.

The charge which was read out at court were that on August 22, Woods was said to have used “threatening and abusive" language towards another person, with the intention to “make them believe immediate violence would be “used towards them”.

When asked how he pleaded to the charge, Woods replied: “not guilty”.
