Katie Price almost fell into a swimming pool as she flaunted her huge new boobs on holiday in Thailand.
The 43-year-old showed off the results of her 24th boob op as she posed alongside fiance Carl Woods as they relaxed by the pool in the blazing sun.
Also on display was Katie’s new face, after the ex-glamour model underwent a brow lift and chin liposuction to keep the wrinkles at bay.
The impromptu photoshoot almost took an awkward turn as Katie was left red faced when she almost toppled of her lilo into the pool.
The mum-of-five was too busy rearranging her lime green and orange bikini, which left little to the imagination, as she tried to relax while floating on the water at the luxury resort in Koh Samui.
Former Love Island star Carl was also spotted alongside Katie, and he was snapped gazing adoringly at his partner, with his hand placed tenderly on her stomach.
Her hair was scraped up into a messy updo, and her new sleeve tattoo was also on display, as she topped up her tan before jetting home to the UK.
Katie said her recent breast enlargement was her 24th procedure, and a source recently told the Daily Mirror they were disappointed with surgeons for letting the star undergo yet another cosmetic operation.
“It's getting really silly now and more than a little irresponsible. Everyone’s quite horrified, to be honest,” they added.
Katie, who has also signed up to share sexy snaps on OnlyFans, was understood to have travelled to Brussels for her latest facelift, and had her boob job in Turkey.
Her ailing mum Amy Price has previously spoken of Katie’s addiction to surgery, and she said her daughter no longer tells her when she’s due to go under the knife.
“She doesn’t tell me now because she knows I'll go ballistic,” she said, as she discussed the possibility her daughter could have body dysmorphia.
“Maybe she does it because she doesn't feel she's attractive enough, or maybe it's body dysmorphia. Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalising on her name,” she fired.
