Katie Price arrives at National Diversity Awards with her head bandaged

Katie Price was in attendance at tonight's National Diversity Awards in Liverpool.

The 10th anniversary of the prestigious ceremony took place this evening at the Anglican Cathedral.

The awards celebrate the achievement of the positive role models who have promoted equality in today's society.

Katie arrived at the black tie event alongside her son Harvey Price and fiancé Carl Woods.

The mum-of-five was photographed earlier this week outside her Surrey home with a swollen and bruised face following her latest bout of cosmetic surgery.

Katie is still continuing her recovery from the procedure and wore a bandage on her head as she happily posed with her family on the red carpet.

The model was excited as she went live on Instagram with her 2.6m followers as she travelled to the glitzy ceremony.

Katie was snapped at the event - and completed her outfit with a smart blazer and leather black pants.

The 43-year-old was joined at the star-studded bash by celebrities such as Christine McGuinness and Love Island's Faye Winter.

Charities, role models and community heroes were recognised at the glamorous event for their important work in enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion.

The awards were created in 2012 after The Diversity Group identified a need to reward positive role models and empower diverse communities across the UK.

The ceremony has been a roaring success since the first edition as thousands of unsung heroes have been rewarded for their inspiring work.
