Katie Price and husband Lee Andrews insist they're 'coming to the UK' in days despite claims of 'travel ban'

Katie Price and her new husband Lee Andrews have claimed they’re coming to the UK soon - despite reports that he is banned from leaving the UAE.

The former glamour model, 47, married the controversial businessman, 43, in Dubai last month just days after meeting him.

Andrews has faced questions over the authenticity of his career due to allegedly “fake” images he posted of himself with Kim Kardashian and Elon Musk.

Two of his exes have also urged Price not to give him any money and claimed he is a “liar” and “narcissist”.

Amid the controversy, the duo shared a clip in Dubai on Monday, telling fans they will be jetting to the UK within days.

Andrews called Price his “sweet little wife”, while she called him her “husband”, in a video posted on his Instagram Story.

She then said: “So we are still in Dubai and we will be coming to England very soon.”

Within a day right?” he asked, to which she replied: “Watch out England, we're coming.”

This comes amid claims that Andrews has been banned from leaving the United Arab Emirates after spending three weeks in a Dubai jail, according to the Daily Mail.

He allegedly forged his former personal trainer partner Dina Taji’s signature to apply for a £200,000 mortgage in her name without her knowledge last year.

She found out about his alleged actions after the mortgage company rang her. She has reportedly filed a legal case against him.

According to Dubai law, individuals pending criminal investigations, including unpaid debts or civil lawsuits, are not legally allowed to leave the country.

Andrews has denied that he cannot leave the country.

Earlier this month, he posted a screenshot from the MOI UAE app which has features like paying traffic fines, renewing driver's licences and criminal status checks.

He showed the “travel bans” option on the screen, which read: “No travel bans.”

He said: “There's no travel ban, directly from the police UAE application and it's my profile so you can check those statuses, fines related to traffic and also if you're allowed to travel so allow me to share that. It's not fabricated.”

He added: “'I'm going on my honeymoon in a few days guys so definitely not on a travel ban. I'm in the happiest moment of my life so I'm forward to going with my person, my human, on my honeymoon.

He added: 'It is exclusive so I can't talk about it. I know I'm probably the most hated man in Britain, but half this stuff is not even true.'

It is not known what stage the investigation is at, but Andrews was subject to the travel ban while the case was open, according to the Mail.

The Standard has contacted representatives for Price and Andrews for comment.

Last month, two of Andrews’ former partners told Price to “run for the hills”.

Alana Percival and Crystal Janke claimed Andrews dated them at the same time last year and allegedly took £123,000 from the latter.

Police are aware of reports of alleged fraud, according to The Sun. Janke, 40, told Price: “Do not give that man any money.”

Percival, 32, added: “Katie should run for the hills. Lee is a liar, a narcissist and I think he’s a manipulator.

“Once I tried to leave him, he told me had a heart condition and was living on borrowed time. Lee doesn’t know what’s fact and what’s fiction. It’s worrying because I think he believes his own lies.”

She claimed Andrews proposed to her in September in the same way he popped the question to Price.

He popped to Price with rose petals at their luxury hotel room at Dubai’s Burj Al Arab..

Price described her romance with Andrews as a “wedding at first sight”, revealing they married after initially connecting online.

She also said they had matching tattoos and even bought rings for each other before meeting in person.
