Car dealer Carl proposed to the mum-of-five last year after just 10 months of dating, and the pair have previously discussed their desire to have a child together. Their alleged rocky patch comes following months of legal woes for the former glamour model and Carl has apparently been trying to get Katie to "live her life with less drama", writes The Mirror.
Katie - who is currently on a sabbatical from social media - was charged with exceeding the 60mph limit on September 13 last year - but the case was later dropped.
