Katherine Ryan has given birth to her third baby, sharing the first photos and the unique name she has chosen for the new arrival with fans online.
The comedian's parter Bobby first broke the news that daughter Fenna Grace was born in the early hours of Friday morning.
Bobby, who is Katherine's teenage sweetheart, posted the happy family update on Instagram.
Sharing intimate snaps from the birth, the dad said Katherine, 39, had been 'incredible' throughout her labour with the baby delivered at their family home in north London.
He penned: "Fenna Grace Kootstra. Dec 16, at 12:05am.
"Mom is incredible! Proving her strength repeatedly through the relatively lengthy delivery at home. We are so blessed:)"
Katherine previously told The Jonathan Ross Show that she wanted a home birth with her third child as she gives birth “quickly”, having nearly had her first child in the back of a mini-cab.
Katherine is mum to 13-year-old daughter Violet, from a previous relationship.
The stand-up also has son Fred, one, who she welcomed with partner Bobby in June 2021.
In a twist of fate that could come straight from a Hollywood romcom, Katherine rekindled her romance with former teenage sweetheart Bobby after returning to her home town in Canada.
Katherine was in Ontario filming for BBC series Who Do You Think You Are when she ran into Bobby - 20 years after they broke up.
The star said she had been 'madly in love' with Bobby, who was her date to her high school prom, when she was a teen but the two lost touch when she moved to the UK.
Katherine said despite having other boyfriends she never forgot about Bobby.
Months after their chance encounter, Bobby and Katherine took part in a civil partnership and settled down together in the UK.
However, it wasn't' all plain-sailing as Katherine revealed her daughter Violet was very against the union and sobbed all through their partnership service.
"She really kicked off at the civil ceremony, but now she loves him and she looks like him, it’s really strange. But he’s been a wonderful addition to our family," Katherine explained.
After welcoming son Fred last year, Katherine revealed she got pregnant with her second child with Bobby on the first time of trying.
She told her podcast listeners: "I'm pregnant, I've been pregnant for a while and here's how I did that. I got pregnant while breastfeeding the first time I tried and to be honest with you I don't think it's going to work because I'm 39 - I would have been 38 when I got pregnant."
"And I thought, "We've got to get the kids out of the way''. You never know how long you're gonna have and I love my kids. I just thought, ''well let's go for it".'
The mum then joked she had mum guilt after booking a babysitter to look after toddler Fred while she went to the salon for a facial.
"I've done the unthinkable today. I have a bunch of chores lined up and I asked Miriam (baby sitter) to come in. I said 'can you come in? It's too hot.' And I have booked a facial at one o'clock through Urban Massage," she joked.
After news was shared of the baby's birth on Instagram on Friday, many famous faces took to social media to congratulate the couple, including fellow comedians Emily Atack and Tom Davis.
After Life actress Roisin Conaty wrote: “Oh my darlings what a beautiful baby huge congratulations to you both. Can’t wait to meet her,” with a four red love hearts.
