Kate Moss has become embroiled in a planning row with a neighbour after raising concerns that a proposed garden room could worsen a sewage crisis in her Cotswolds village.
The 51-year-old supermodel has lived in Little Faringdon since buying her countryside home for £2.5 million in 2004. Residents of the picturesque village have long complained about a sewage system the Environment Agency has described as “no longer fit for purpose” and regularly “overwhelmed” by surface and foul water.
