The Prince and Princess of Wales look set to have a tense royal outing that will see them go head-to-head for bragging rights.
It has been announced the couple will be attending Saturday's rugby Six Nations clash between Wales and England at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
The match has a special significance for the couple as Prince William is the patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, while last year Kate was unveiled as the patron of the English Rugby Football Union, taking over from Prince Harry.
And with William and Kate both known to be very competitive, the match will no doubt be important with battle lines drawn over the big game.
The couple attended the reverse Six Nations fixture at Twickenham last year - and as a surprise, they brought oldest son Prince George along for the occasion.
They showed their support for their opposing teams by donning England and Wales scarves for the clash - although George remained neutral.
Asked whether George would be supporting his mother or father’s team, the young prince shrugged his shoulders and smiled at William, who laughed: "It's become quite the thing in the house", pointing at his wife, adding: "She is quite into it, I'm trying to stay out of it."
Kate then asked George to tell the group about how he has started playing rugby at his old school, Thomas's Battersea: "He has all the kit”, she said.
George spoke about how he has just started learning how to tackle, before turning to his mother: "But I haven't tackled you yet!" Kate replied, laughing: "Yes you have!"
Kate is an avid rugby fan and grew up watching England games with her family, long before her 2011 marriage to William.
She has continued enjoying international games and in 2015, attended the Rugby World Cup hosted by England.
Two years later, she was visibly gripped by the tense France vs Wales Six Nations match, during an official visit to Paris, where Wales were narrowly beaten.
The role of patron of the England RFU was previously held by Harry, who left the job vacant when he and Meghan Markle quit as senior working royals.
Kate had been tipped to take on both jobs and confirmed her new duties in a video last year, which showed her spinning a rugby ball on her finger.
She later showed off her rugby skills and was even lifted up in a lineout during a training session at Twickenham.
It led to her even getting approval from Royal Family member and ex-rugby player Mike Tindall, who admitted she looked effortless in the session.
