Kate Middleton loves buying George, Charlotte and Louis' clothes from John Lewis

Since marrying into the royal family in 2011, the Duchess of Cambridge has become a firm favourite among fans thanks to her kind manner and impeccable style.

Being a duchess, it's no surprise that Kate has a taste for stunning high-end style, but what might come as a shock to some fans, is that her favourite place to shop is actually a high-street retailer - which just goes to show that incredible style doesn't have to be designer.

After graduating from St Andrews University in 2005, Kate worked part time at Jigsaw proving her love of fashion existed long before joining the Firm. It's reported that she asked the retailer to give her part-time hours as she was dating a 'high-profile man' at the time. No prizes for guessing who that was!

And, it seems since becoming royalty Kate has stuck to her love of high-street retail, especially when it comes for shopping for her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, MyLondon reports.

Both Kate and Prince William are said to love shopping in John Lewis for their kids, with Kate having been spotted shopping at a John Lewis store in Chelsea back in 2015.

And, that's not the only time the family has been known to shop at the popular retailer. Just last year the Duke and Duchess shared a family photo, shortly before Prince George's eighth birthday, in which the young royal could be seen sporting a classic John Lewis polo shirt, which costs just £10.

George also wore blue shorts from Boden, another high-street retailer popular among celebs.
