Kate Middleton channels Diana in white blazer as she battles wind on baby bank visit

Kate Middleton channeled her inner Princess Diana as she donned a striking white blazer in her latest royal visit.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, was pictured waving to the cameras as she arrived at a baby bank charity in Brent today.

The royal has previously helped out at the Little Village hub and appeared pleased to be returning today.

It comes after cheeky Prince Louis stole the show at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee pageant by blowing a raspberry at mum Kate.

The duchess was without her children when she visited Little Village today, cutting a stylish figure in black trousers and a white jacket.

She also donned a white t-shirt, paired with gold earrings.

She styled her brunette tresses down and straight and wore minimal makeup during the appearance.

Kate's outfit today was reminiscent of one of Princess Diana's most iconic looks.

William's mum was pictured on many occasions wearing a striking white blazer, including when she held hands with Mother Teresa in New York City in 1997.

Diana had travelled to the US as part of a Red Cross fundraising drive for landmine victims.

The Duchess of Cambridge was also carrying out charity work when she visited Little Village hub today.

In 2020, Kate helped to get 19 British brands and retailers to donate more than 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks nationwide operated by Little Village, Baby Basics and AberNecessities, OK! reports.

Her Royal Highness has also previously visited baby banks in Sheffield and West Norfolk where she spent time helping to unload deliveries, sort donations, and spoke with families about their experiences of using their local baby bank services.

The charity describes itself as being “like a food bank, but for clothes, toys and equipment for babies and children up to the age of five”.

The appearance marked Kate’s first solo outing following the Queen's Jubilee celebrations over the weekend, where her three children stole the show in their rare appearances – from George's sweet singing during the Jubilee concert and Louis' cheeky Buckingham Palace balcony appearance.
