Kate Middleton always has two vegetables for breakfast

Kate Middleton's eating habits have been revealed - and she always starts her day with the same breakfast.

The Princess of Wales enjoys a varied diet according to reports. Hair experts at Longevita say the 40-year-old starts her day with oats, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre, and a breakfast drink containing nutritionally-dense foods.

Kale, spinach and spirulina are three of the Princess of Wales’ favourites to include, which are packed with protein and healthy vitamins. Kate is known to eat super healthy meals, including watermelon salad with feta, avocado and cucumber.

Between meals she snacks on goji berries, raw fruit and vegetables, all which are packed with nutrients that promote strong hair growth.

Meanwhile, vegetable lentil curry is apparently a favourite of the Princess of Wales and the dish was a particular craving while she was pregnant.

It's also no secret that she loves health and fitness and makes it a key part of her lifestyle. Even at school she was captain of the women's field hockey team.

She follows a varied workout routine consisting of running, spinning, yoga, weight training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training), among others.
