Kate Mara and her husband Jamie Bell have welcomed their second child together, announcing the news in a sweet Instagram post on Thursday.
The House of Cards actor, 39, and Billy Elliott star, 36, welcomed their new bundle of joy into the world last week, keeping his arrival a secret until they were ready to share the news with fans.
Kate posted an adorable picture of her son's tiny feet, as she wrapped him up in a blanket.
"Had a baby a week ago. Here are his feet," she wrote, adding an orange heart emoji.
Kate's famous friends gave an outpouring of congratulations to the star, with Josh Horowitz commenting: "Good content. CONGRATS!!!" Lily Collins added: "Congratulations!!!"
Fans also offered their well wishes, with one person writing: "Congratulations and all the luck of the world for the newborn."
Another said: "Congratulations cutest little feet," while a third fan added: "OMG!!! Congrats so cute!"
Kate's happy announcement comes after she announced her pregnancy just four months ago.
Back in July, she she uploaded a shot of her and Jamie to Instagram as they held hands and walked down a street together. She captioned the post: "There are three of us in this pic."
Their baby's birth announcement echoes the post Kate made revealing the birth of her first child, a daughter, three years ago. The couple have decided to keep her name a secret.
Kate announced the birth of her daughter on social media by sharing an artistic portrait of the tot's feet with the caption: "We had a baby a couple weeks ago...Here are her feet."
As well as his children with Kate, Jamie has a nine-year-old son Jack with his ex-wife Evan Rachel Wood.
Kate and Jamie started dating in 2015 after meeting on set of Fantastic Four a year earlier. The couple tied the knot at an intimate ceremony in July 2017.
The couple kept the guest list small, only inviting around 60 people.
"We actually got married right across the street from our house. I literally woke up in my own bed and walked across the street and we had our ceremony," Jamie said during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
