TV star Kate Garraway faced being late to work after getting caught up in a bus incident. The popular Good Morning Britain presenter was heading across London to her ‘other’ job presenting on Smooth Radio this morning when she was caught upin what she described as a problem being caused too much optimism.
To get through traffic Garraway, 56, was being taken on the back of a motorcycle to the studios - when she came across a road totally blocked. She posted up a video on her instagram, and it showed a large coach trying to turn around in what she described as ‘one of the narrowest roads in London’.
While she was recording the message she said the coach had just crashed into a lamp post as it tried to turn around. She said: “So I am not known for my driving prowess, but even I was not as optimistic as this driver of a coach. Oh he’s just hit the lamppost.
