Kate Ferdinand has showed off her stunning abs in a string of stylish holiday snaps.
The wife of former footballer Rio Ferdinand, 31, took to Instagram wearing an eye-catching lime green co-ord, flashed a peek at her toned tummy.
She also switched things up with a vibrant green bikini which she paired with patterned sarong.
The fashion loving mum to 19-month-old son Cree was pictured cradling the tot as she dined out with her mum Jacqueline.
Captioning the shots she wrote: "A fabulous time spent with family & friends."
Fitness lover Kate has helped her followers with their own body confidence and penned a book Fitter, Happier, Healthier: The Ultimate 4 Week Body Transformation Plan, which details how she stays in shape and how she has overcome her body demons.
Meanwhile Kate recently admitted she worries about the 'big kids' her step children Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13 and 11-year-old Tia - more than her son Cree and finds parenting 'even sometimes more intense.'
Kate said she was introduced to fitness as she started noticing 'curves' at an early age: 'My mum took me to the gym, my school was quite far away. We started swimming together and that's how I got into the gym.
''It's an hour of the day where I don't think about anything and just gets me started for the day.''
After failing to find a connection on Love Island the reality star began dating Rio in 2017 - two years after his wife Rebecca died following a battle with breast cancer.
Kate previously told The Sun she felt 'instant love' with your biological offspring before adding: 'I feel the love of a stepchild is even sometimes more intense, because you've worked so hard to get there and I find myself probably overdoing everything."
Speaking of the challenges of raising a blended brood on on the Parenting Hell podcast, she said: 'Their mum is a massive part of our lives and always will be. I would never want the children to think I am taking the role of [Rebecca].
'I am a maternal figure to them but their mum is their mum. She is part of our lives. We talk about her all the time.
'It is really weird but I feel like I know her.'
