The former The Only Way is Essex star, who is expecting her second child with her husband Rio Ferdinand, revealed over the weekend how she was an 'emotional wreck' after her son Cree was suffered a 'freak accident.'
Kate, 31, took to Instagram to explain why she had been quiet on social media and shared how the toddler had broken a bone in his finger and needed surgery. The doting mum shared a heartbreaking picture of her son's tiny hand decorated with a teddy bear plaster on her Instagram Story.
"Sorry for the radio silence, my poor baby had a freak accident on Tuesday and ended up breaking a bone in his finger and then needed nail bed surgery, " Kate wrote. "I'm a complete emotional wreck mumma right now," she added before sharing her heartache: "Look at his little hand."
