As England were denied a game-changing penalty in the first half, Kate raged "Where's the yellow card!?" as she slammed referee Wilton Samprio's decision.
In another clip, the Pearl Harbour actress, 49, was seen covering her hand with her mouth in horror as England captain Harry Kane blasted the ball sky high in a rare penalty miss.
Sharing her latest video with fellow heartbroken fans, Kate penned: "Highs and lows . Well done England we are proud of you. Congratulations to France x Both teams delivered . Referee super iffy."
Following the drama, the Three Lions will now pack up their belongings and leave Qatar with their families, many of whom were seen weeping in the stands as the final whistle blew.
Earlier today, Harry Kane took to Instagram to share his bitter disappointment as he admitted he 'took responsibility' for the final result.
"It’s come down to a small detail which I take responsibility for. There’s no hiding from it," said the Spurs striker.
TV host Rylan Clark also gave a humorous apology to fans on Twitter for the final result.

As the final whistle blew, Piers Morgan spoke for many England fans as he simply tweeted 'Noooooooooooooooooooo,' followed up with 'the hurt continues.'
Apprentice star and business mogul Lord Alan Sugar said there had been 'terrible pressure' on Harry Kane as he called him a 'great professional'
In attempt to look for the positives, Match of the Day host Gary Lineker penned: "Despite the heartbreak, we should be immensely proud of this young England side. They have talent. They give everything. They have values.
"They are a credit to their sport and our country. And in these times of division and discord, they’re an example to all. And they will win," he predicted.
Lineker also offered up some words of comfort to a 'gutted' Harry Kane.

ITV pundit Gary Neville was more outspoken when it came to his feelings towards ref Sampaio.
Neville branded the Brazilian 'rank' and 'bad' after disagreeing with several key decisions.
"The referee, I thought he had an absolute nightmare. He was a joke of a referee, him.
"I'm not saying it was all down to him and people will think it's excuses but he was just a bad referee. Rank, bad," he fumed.
Neville was in a slightly better mood this morning when he tweeted about the ITV's coverage of the game.
"An incredible 23 million people watched the game lasat night on ITV football," he posted.
