Jammu Kashmir People’s Conference leader Sajjad Lone began his political career following in his father Abdul Ghani Lone’s footsteps of separatist politics. However, he eventually joined mainstream politics and has a strong influence in North Kashmir.
In the upcoming polls, Lone is contesting from two assembly constituencies – Handwara and Kupwara. His party is contesting all 20 seats in the assembly polls. In this interview, Lone spoke about the assembly elections, his party, politics, and Article 370.
