BENGALURU: Mumbai are well on course to a Ranji Trophy semifinal against Uttar Pradesh with just the formalities left to be completed against a hapless Uttarakhand in their last-eight match.
After declaring at a 647/8, Mumbai bowled out the opposition for 114 in 41.1 overs with Shams Mulani returning 5/39. Instead of enforcing the follow-on, Mumbai decided to get some more batting practice and were 261/3 in 58 overs when stumps were drawn on the third day here on Wednesday.
