SC judges give split verdict; Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia Sets Aside Karnataka HC Judgment

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday passed a split verdict on a batch of appeals challenging restriction on Muslim girl students wearing Hijab in educational institutions in Karnataka.

A bench of justices Hemant Gupta and Sudhanshu Dhulia pronounced the judgement today.
