Real Madrid superstar Karim Benzema has sent a two-word message to France teammate Raphael Varane after he scored his first goal for Manchester United on Monday night. Varane finally got his name on the United scoresheet during their routine 3-0 win over Brentford.
Varane signed for the club in a £34million transfer last summer. And while he was brought in to prevent goals rather than score them, the 29-year-old opened his account for United in their final home game of the season.
Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo were also on target in a win that was enough to keep slim hopes of Champions League qualification alive. United will almost certainly have to settle for a spot in the Europa League, though, as Arsenal and Tottenham continue to battle for a top-four finish.

Benzema has already made his own mark against Premier League opposition this season — scoring six goals across three meetings with Chelsea and Manchester City in the Champions League — and the striker and Varane go way back after spending a decade together at Madrid.
Of course, they have also been restored as international teammates after Benzema, 34, was reintegrated into the squad by Les Bleus coach Didier Deschamps.
Posting on Instagram after finally breaking his United duck, Varane said: "Yesss. What a special feeling to score my first goal for this amazing club at Old Trafford." His message drew thousands of likes and replies from supporters as Benzema also responded to his France colleague.
In a two-word reply that featured three fire emojis, he added: "Let's go."
