Karim Benzema and model girlfriend Jordan Ozuna expecting first child together

Ballon d'Or winner Karim Benzema and model girlfriend Jordan Ozuna are said to be expecting their first child together.

Spanish newspaper ABC has described the star couple as “very excited” and is reporting the American beauty has put a brake on her career to focus on her future as a mother.

There has not yet been any official reaction from the couple to the claims, which have been widely echoed in Spain.

Benzema already has two children by two different women, a five-year-old son called Ibrahim with ex Cora Gauthier and an eight-year-old daughter called Melia with French nurse Chloe de Launey.

Both Cora and new love Jordan, who used to work as a Hooters waitress in Las Vegas but is now signed to several US-based modelling agencies, attended last month’s glitzy Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris.

The Real Madrid striker became the oldest winner since 1956 and the first Frenchman since 1998 to claim the coveted prize.

Jordan, photographed on Benzema’s luxury yacht in June off the French coast, reacted after the ceremony by writing on her Instagram : “Last night was magical. Nobody deserves this more than you baby.”

The French international, who is protective of his private life, is not expected to comment on the pregnancy reports in the near future.

Spanish press are speculating Benzema and Jordan will start making plans to move from a property they have been sharing in the centre of Madrid.

The striker owns a house on a luxury residential estate on the outskirts of the Spanish capital which has twice been targeted by burglars.

Both crimes took place while he was playing, the first in February 2019 while he was in action for Real Madrid against Barcelona and the second in January while was on the pitch against La Liga rivals Elche.

Spanish police revealed last Friday they had held a man suspected of belonging to the gang of burglars that carried out the second crime by breaking through a window to get in and steal valuables.

The arrest in the early hours of last Thursday took place near the town of La Junquera on Spain’s border with France.

In May, the Albanian government announced the arrest of a man suspected of leading a gang blamed for the first break-in at Benzema’s home.

Reports at the time described the detainee as a senior Albanian government official and said he would face extradition to Spain so he could be charged over the burglary and dozens of other break-ins around the country dating back to 2013.
