A diner known globally for its purposely rude service is coming to Bristol next week. Karen's Diner, which has become somewhat of a viral sensation over the years, will be bringing its famous food and wait staff to the city as part of 'Karen's on Tour'.
The brand will be hosting a pop-up diner style event at Revolution, Bristol, on Sunday, April 23, Sunday, July 9 and Sunday, October 15, 2023. Racking up more than 1.8 billion TikTok views and 1.2 million social media followers, as well as extensive news coverage up and down the country, Karen's Diner has become a viral sensation.
Last month it made national headlines after a Manchester visitor complained about being kicked out, saying the staff could 'give it not take it' after he spoke back to them. However, the chain responded saying he had breached the rules.

It already boasts diners in Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham and Newport here in the UK, as well as abroad in Australia, America and Indonesia. The 'Karen's on Tour' schedule already has events booked in for the Isle of Man, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool and Newcastle, too.
If you've never heard of Karen's Diner before, then just know it's probably not for those who take things very personally - or then again, it probably is! The 'interactive diner experience' sees customers greeted and waited upon by rude waiters and 'forced', yes forced, to play a variety of games.
According to its website, bemorekaren.com, "you can expect good food, good fun and a dining experience like you've never had before. Let us know if it's your birthday, if your name is Karen and for the love of Karen don't ask to speak to the manager..."
Ryan Blackburn, Managing Director of 'Karen's on Tour', says: "Once you're in a Karen's you'll not be thinking about strikes, Brexit or the cost of living, you'll just be wanting to survive!" Karen's on Tour has a simple mission, to be as rude to as many people as possible all over Great Britain.
They guarantee the "worst service in Europe while ensuring that the New York style food is great". You can dine upon menu options including burgers, spicy chicken wings, cocktails and more, with vegetarian and vegan options available, too.
You can even buy Karen's Diner merchandise, like a t-shirt that reads: "I survived Karen's Diner". Ryan adds: "Customers would need to expect plenty of sass, great food and a sprinkle of bad attitude, so don't expect special treatment as it's all about Karen and she won't be taking any nonsense.
"All will be able to have fun and wind the staff up to unleash their inner Karen and see their full Karen potential”. Tickets for 'Karen's on Tour' events in Bristol are on sale now and cost £40 per person. Click here to grab yours.
