Recently, in Karachi, Pakistan, a group of over 45 dedicated volunteers came together to clean up a local beach, successfully removing more than 250kg (551 pounds) of trash. This inspiring initiative was organized by the Karachi hub of the Global Shapers Community, showcasing the power of community-driven efforts in tackling environmental challenges.
The volunteers worked tirelessly to collect various types of waste littering the beach, including plastic bottles, wrappers, and other debris. Their hard work and commitment not only helped in cleaning up the beach but also contributed to environmental conservation and protection.
