Kanye West slapped with lawsuit for 'assaulting' Jenn An during music video shoot

Rapper Kanye West is facing some more legal trouble after America's Next Top Model contestant Jenn An sued him on assault allegations. The lawsuit, filed in a New York federal court, alleges that West 'choked; Jenn while filming a video for the remix of La Roux's song 'In for the Kill', People reports.

The complaint states that the model was hired as a background actress for the video, which was being shot at New York City’s Chelsea Hotel in September 2010. During the shoot, West allegedly staged an unplanned scene by asking a camera crew to film him choking the model.
