Julia Fox has backtracked on her comments claiming that her ex-boyfriend Kanye West is 'harmless'.
She previously jumped to his defence after he was banned from Instagram for 'hateful' comments.
Kanye - who split from Julia last month after a short-lived romance - has put his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on blast in recent weeks and has continued to slam her new boyfriend, Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson.
But now, Julia, 32, admitted she hadn't seen his social media posts when she made those comments defending him to TMZ.
"I would like to point out that I had not seen the latest Instagram posts at the time of this video," the actress reportedly said of her recent comments in a since-deleted post.
"Believe it or not I have a life and a son, and I don’t have google alerts for this man!"
Julia and Kanye hit headlines when they briefly dated earlier this year. Meanwhile, Kim has been dating Pete since October last year.
Kim, 41, filed for divorce from the Stronger rapper, 44, in February 2021.
Kanye has released two music videos for this song Eazy which depicts animated versions of Pete getting harmed.
One music video showed a claymation Pete getting buried alive while the second video showed him getting beat up by the skinned monkey used as the cover art for the single.
Earlier this week, Julia claimed Ye wouldn't 'hurt a fly'.
Julia told TMZ at the time: “Kanye’s harmless. I just think that’s his artistic creative expression.
“I know it’s aggressive, but I think if it really came down to it, I don’t think Kanye would hurt a fly.”

Earlier this week, Kanye was temporarily suspended from Instagram after violating the site’s policies.
The rapper has fired several shots at estranged wife Kim and her new beau Pete on the platform in recent weeks and took aim at the likes of Trevor Noah on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for Meta, who owns Instagram, told TMZ that the Gold Digger singer had violated Instagram's policies on hate speech, harassment and bullying with his latest outbursts.
As a result, he was reportedly suspended from his account for 24 hours, during which time he won't be able to post, comment or send direct messages.
Since Kim began dating Pete, Kanye has nicknamed him 'Skete', called him a 'd***head' and posted rants against the young comedian.
He has also been banned from performing at the Grammy Awards because of his 'online behaviour'.
