Chelsea are gearing up to play their last game before the international break on Saturday as Graham Potter welcomes Everton to Stamford Bridge for what is the reverse fixture from the opening game of the season. The Blues won 1-0 that day thanks to a Jorginho penalty but will look very different on this occasion.
The Toffees will also be almost unrecognisable after Blues legend Frank Lampard was sacked earlier this year, replaced by Sean Dyche. Neither side are where they want to be at this stage of the season.
That doesn't mean the game lacks importance though, with Potter looking to build on a run of three wins, helping to overturn months of constant pressure on his job. Meanwhile, Everton are in a tightknit relegation battle for the second season in a row.
