Everything’s coming up Kansas this college football season.
Despite not being ranked by the AP or Coaches Poll (cowards), the team is lighting up the college football world in what’s looking like a historic start for the Jayhawks.
The team’s 35-27 win over Duke Saturday is adding fuel to the Kansas fire.
The day’s big play was a phenomenal 73-yard touchdown haul from quarterback and possible Heisman candidate Jalon Daniels to sophomore running back Daniel Hishaw Jr. at the top of the second quarter.
The play was exciting enough on the field, with Hishaw spinning out of multiple tackles and blasting his way into the end zone. The radio calls just added to the excitement.
This call from play-by-play announcer Eric Collins on the main FS1 broadcast nearly cost the broadcaster his voice for the day, with the shock palpable in his delivery.

Kansas also shared the Spanish radio call from Tico Sports is just as likely to get you to put on a Kansas helmet and run through a wall.

Kansas is becoming appointment television this season for college football fans, with a winnable home game against Iowa State ahead this Saturday.
It might not be long before the Jayhawks make their 2022 poll debut if the team keeps playing like this, too.
