Kamala Harris was crushed by Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. Trump won 312 electoral votes to Harris’ 226, and triumphed in all seven “battleground states”: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
In the wake of the loss, the Harris campaign was widely criticized by those across the political spectrum. People seized on Harris not putting any distance between herself and Joe Biden, that she was running as “Not Trump” rather than on a solid platform, and accused her of abandoning Muslim and left-leaning voters with her position on Israel/Gaza.
