It's no secret that swapping Elland Road for the Etihad Stadium hasn't been the easiest transition for former Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
The 27-year-old has played just 50 minutes of football for Manchester City this season and has now been called out by Pep Guardiola for being "overweight" and "[not arriving] in the condition to do training sessions and to play."
Phillips has seen his opportunities this season limited by a constant shoulder injury but had surgery and worked his way back up to fitness to make it into the 26-man England squad for the World Cup in Qatar.
