Kaley Cuoco says death of sitcom dad John Ritter was ‘one of the worst days of my life’

Kaley Cuoco has paid tribute to her TV dad John Ritter, calling his death one of “the worst days of my life”.

Ritter died suddenly aged 54 in September 2003 after suffering a thoracic aortic dissection – the tearing of the heart’s main artery – while on set filming an episode of 8 Simple Rules.
