The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the twin blasts at the convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Kalamassery, which killed three persons, seems to be in no hurry and instead prefers a foolproof investigation even if it takes time.
The identification parade of Martin V.D., the sole accused who is in judicial custody, is yet to be held, though it was expected on Wednesday. The parade will have to be held in the presence of a magistrate subject to permission from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. However, the application for permission is yet to be filed.
It is learnt that the SIT is in the process of compiling a detailed, foolproof list of witnesses before moving the court for the parade.
