Shweta Kawaatra had recently posted about her overseas trip as she planned a trip to New York with her daughter. The actress took to Instagram to share her harrowing experience with the airline as they cancelled the flight without any notice and they were stranded at the airport without any help or guidance.
She shared a reel talking about what they faced and said, "We travelled in Lufthansa from Mumbai, had a transit at Munich. The fight got cancelled and we were stranded there for over 26-30hours with my child. There was nobody to help us and they expected us to stand in a 5-6km line full of people to ask questions. If at all the staff was available at the first class centre where I went they drove me and my daughter out from that place. They were very very rude and refused to listen to me. We had to spend a night at the airport. They promised that our luggage would arrive on the next flight, which didn't happen. It has been seven days since we have been in New York and our luggage hasn't arrived yet.!"
This isn't the first time any artist opened up about their terrible flight experiences. Earlier, actor Manoj Joshi had taken to Twitter and shared his experience with flight delays and issues, he tweeted, "@airindiain flight 634 was late by 3 hours, and now I am waiting for baggage to come on the belt since the last 40 minutes at @CSMIA_Official. There is no staff here to guide or help. I have never faced such a worst service to date. They spoiled my entire day. Who will compensate?" The video shared by the veteran actor has already gotten over 1 million views on Twitter and continues to get more."
