Justin Baldoni has missed a deadline to appeal his lawsuits against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times.
The 41-year-old actor-and-director and his production company Wayfarer Studios had filed a countersuit against the couple for $400 million and the newspaper for $250 million after alleging he had been defamed in an article by the outlet about drama on the It Ends With Us movie set, which he claimed was part of a smear campaign against him, but a judge previously dismissed the lawsuits back in June.
