Moroccan Minister of Justice Abdellatif Ouahbi has discussed with his Iraqi counterpart, Salar Abdul Sattar Mohammed, in Rabat signing a judicial agreement allowing Morocco to handle several cases of Moroccan ISIS members arrested in Iraq.
The two countries were set to sign bilateral agreements, but Ouahbi announced at a press conference on Friday that they would delay the signing until viewpoints were brought closer together.
