"Roommates" has proven to be quite the hit with Netflix subscribers. The new college comedy only dropped on Friday, April 17, but it quickly shot straight to the top of the streaming service's charts, dethroning the disappointing creature feature ("Thrash") that's been sitting at the top of the Netflix top 10 movies list all week.
If you're yet to dive in, the film revolves around two college freshmen — Devon (Sadie Sandler, daughter of Adam Sandler) and Celeste (Chloe East) — who become fast friends, but just as quickly pivot to being enemies.
