Liverpool fans were left in shock on Friday as the club's manager, Jurgen Klopp, announced that he would be leaving at the end of the season after eight successful years. Despite having a contract that ran until 2026, Klopp had reportedly informed the club of his decision back in November.
Klopp took charge of Liverpool in October 2015 and wasted no time in transforming the club's fortunes. He turned them into regular title contenders and achieved incredible success during his tenure, including winning the Champions League in 2018-19 and securing Liverpool's first Premier League title in three decades the following year.
