Curtis Jones starts for Liverpool against Inter Milan as Thiago Alcantara returns to the side for the Champions League last-16 tie.
Thiago hasn't started a game since the first leg on February 16 but is back in the midfield alongside Jones and Fabinho.
Jones has been in and out of the Liverpool squad in recent weeks but is given his first start in the Champions League since the 5-0 win at Porto at the end of September.
Elsewhere, Joel Matip returns to partner Virgil van Dijk at centre-back as Ibrahima Konate misses out entirely for the match-day squad.
As a result, Joe Gomez is named among the substitutes as the Reds look to protect their 2-0 lead from the first leg in Italy last month.
