Jurgen Klopp believes the transfer of Sadio Mane to Bayern Munich should be used as an "example" of how best to leave Liverpool.

Mane last month moved to the Bundesliga side for a fee that could reach £35million after deciding to call time on a six-year stint at Anfield.

Klopp has revealed the Senegalese informed the club of his desire for a new challenge in sufficient time for Liverpool to target a replacement and complete a £64m move for Darwin Nunez from Benfica.
